movement.
Justin is an emerging movement practitioner, coach and facilitator. He was first introduced to the significance of Movement work through his training as an actor. His practice derives from the teachings of Rebecca Harper (Head of Movement and Core Curriculum at the National Theatre School) and is deeply influenced by Trish Arnold, Litz Pisk, Jacques Lecoq and Michel Saint-Denis. In January 2024, Justin began apprenticing as a movement facilitator, coach and educator at the National Theatre School. He is most curious about the physicalization, communication and specificity of an actor’s body in space. Crucially, investigating how the spine, breath, impulse and imagination can inform information for the actor and liberate any possible tension, interferences or clutter.
At this time, Justin is offering private coachings and collaborations. If you are interested in working together, you can contact him here!
